Could HeadMeeting work for windows English version?
HeadMeeting works for both Chinese and English windows version. We will provide in different windows version. If you can provide other language code, it will work for you too. For example, if you are using English, the language code is locale.en; if you are using Chinese, the language code is locale.ch. En presents English, Ch presents Chinese. Please refer to Microsoft website to get your own language code.
What is the minimum PC system for HeadMeeting?
There is no any special demand for HeadMeeting. Based on the number of control nodes, the normal PC is enough. HeadMeeting does not use video and audio device.
Can I use HeadMeeting phone number to login headcall?
No. Headcall and HeadMeeting are both in headcall phone system. Same phone number cannot be used on two software. AnyChat is instant message(IM), which is different from headcall phone. You can use same phone number to login both headcall and Anychat, and they will not affect each other. HeadSwitch and headgateway all belong to headcall phone system.
Does Headmeeting need public IP?
No. All software developed on the headcall P2P plate form, does not need public IP.
Why can I hear my own voice (echo) when I am talking?
Conference meeting always uses echo, which is different from small meeting feature in Anychat. If you do not like it, you can disable your own audio sending when you are talking, then you will not hear your own voice.
