General Information(Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park)

Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park is located at the southwest of shanghai, the northern bank of Hangzhou Bay, and the eastern part of Jinshan District, stretching north to Tingfeng Highway, east to Jiajin Highway, south to Caolang Road, and west to Songwei Road South. Its general plan, designed by Singapore Yulang Consultative Corporation, proposes to cover an area of 58 square kilometers, of which the first-stage construction covers an area of 22.8 square kilometers, as one of the ten major municipal industrial zones in Shanghai, greatly supported and developed by the Shanghai Municipal Government.

The zone has a “S”type north-south main street–the Times Avenue , and a already built west-east main street–Zhulv Road as two major axes, which divide the zone into the major center, the minor center, the Standard Industrial Park in the east, and the Scientific and Technological R & D Assembly Industrial Park in the west. The whole zone achieves the organic combination and harmonious shapes of land by means of the water system, roads, and grassland. The industrial zone fully displays the ecological, humane, modern and international elements.
